I wanted a carrier that would be easy to put on and take off when I'm out and about, and this one delivers. I have a Boba Wrap which my 4mo DD and I love, and a Babyhawk mei tai, but the straps on both are too long and drag on the ground. The carrier was easy to adjust and put on. The padded shoulders are comfortable, and DD fits in there perfectly and seems really happy. I like that there's the sleeping hood since she pretty much always falls asleep in the carrier. I use it around the house every day as well as when we're out running errands.

I'm a bit of a baby carrier collector (addict) and the Boba 3G is my favorite. The padding in the shoulder straps is so cushiony and comfortable, and I love the snap loop to keep your purse/diaper bag strap from slipping off while you wear it. There are several little touches like that that make the Boba 3G a very comfortable and practical carrier: elastic loops at the ends of the adjustable straps so you can roll up and tuck in excess length, pockets in the waistband for keys, phone, burp cloth, etc, and a zipper compartment to keep the sleeping hood tucked away when not in use. I love that I can use it without an infant insert--so easy and keeps mom and baby from sweating buckets in warm weather. Still comfy for my 31 pound almost 2 year-old as well! Mine is the 'Lila' color and it's so pretty, but not too 'girly' so my husband enjoys wearing it too. :)

This is one of the most supportive and well made carriers I've tried.
It is made with ease at mind too. The straps adjust so easily and are made in such a way that it fits a number of sizes. I love that it can be worn easily on the front and back with minimal changes to the straps.
My husband and I both love it! The investment is well worth it. Our favorite place to use ours right now are on field trips to the aquarium with our 22 mo. old. - Sure beats lugging around a heavy stroller and squeezing our way through crowded hallways.
